Getting set up takes under a minute. No account, no spreadsheet, no formulas — just add your campaigns and the tracker does the rest.
What Is Google Ads Budget Pacing?
Why pacing matters and what each status means for your campaigns.
Budget pacing refers to how evenly your Google Ads spend is distributed across a billing period. A well-paced campaign spends roughly the same amount each day — by the 15th of the month you've used approximately 50% of your budget, and by the 28th roughly 90%.
When pacing goes wrong in either direction, it costs you. Overpacing exhausts your budget early, cutting off traffic for the rest of the month. Underpacing leaves money unspent — a real problem if you're managing client budgets with contractual spend commitments. Google's delivery algorithm attempts to smooth spend, but doesn't guarantee even monthly pacing — especially with multiple campaigns on shared budgets.
